Mukka

Mukka have a reputation for wild energetic shows. Their Romanian singer Dana Codorean-Berciu sings Transylvanian ballads from deepest melancholy to joyous reckless abandon. The band, featuring demon double violins (Kate Hands and Frank Biddulph), accordion, bass and drums is capable of high speed Balkan instrumentals which usually see people whirling like dervishes by the end of the evening.
