Emunah

Emunah hail from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, including Palestinian,
Jewish and Russian. Emunah's repertoire spans hiphop, reggae,
breaks and drum and bass, shaking dancefloors with their unique
fusion of melodies from around the world, kicking beats, uplifting
vocals and soulful basslines.
As well as working on studio EPs and collaborations with
artists including Brimstone 127 (KRS One, Jungle Brothers) and
Genesis Elijah (Broken Souls), Emunah have also been busy evolving
their live side. The band have performed all over the UK, including
legendary venues Thekla and SEOne (formerly the Drome). They
recently rocked the socks off the Nouveau Casino in Paris and
headlined the Global Marquee stage at the 50,000-capacity Ashton
Court Festival in Bristol. Emunah will also be playing at the
Kulture Festival in Singapore in July.
When not performing and recording with Emunah members have
a variety of side projects, including MCing for London d'n'b
station Origin FM, performing with Klezmer band She'koyokh, taking
the Bassbinge DJ / MC crew to clubs and parties all over the
UK, and remix / production work for various artists.
