Join us for the 6th Bank Holiday All Day Folk Festival at the Old Queen's Head, 7th May 2012. This event is the official launch of Two For Joy Music (offspring of The Magpie's Nest), and sees 17 bands converge at the pub and play across two stages from 2pm – 11pm. The day is also brought to you by Global Local and Continental Drifts Music – the official showcase of the Acoustic Sound-Clash festival programme, with performances from the hottest emerging talent from the UK folk scene. Heaps of local bands and bands from all over the country converge for a jam packed folk out.

Info: This year's O2 London Mela will be held in Gunnersbury Park on Sunday 4th September, this is the last weekend of the summer holidays so we hope to finish the season off in style.

There will be nine zones with The Main Stage, Mix tent, BBC Introducing, The Classical stage Community & Kids zone, Outdoor arts and ‘In conversation with’ not to mention the food markets and our fabulous funfair.

Our line up for this year is even more exciting than ever with a host of recording stars and performers from the UK and around the world all mixed together with dance, theatre and classical performances.

Indy Indie Stage:
Hosted by Global Local & Continental drifts, the Newest stage at the O2 London Mela is 'Indy Indie'.
They will bring you music from the 'leftfield' of the South Asian Diaspora, from Desi rock to Indo Electronica and beyond. Be prepared for something different, something new and a surprise or two!

Info: The borough’s parks are set to come alive with 16 days of music, laughter and drama as Ealing Summer Festivals returns for another season.

Celebrations kick-start in July with Greenford and Acton Carnivals, followed by five nights of side splitting comedy performed by some of the World’s leading comedians in Walpole Park.

The festivals will continue with specialist one day events including Opera in the Park, Ealing Blues and Ealing Global music festivals.

Carnaval Del Pueblo
